Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Business Intelligence Developer Principal Reports to: VP, Enterprise Analytics & Data Insights: Location: La Crosse, WI Schedule: M-F, Days Immigration sponsorship (e.g., H-1B, etc.) is not available for this position Position Summary: A Business Intelligence Developer thought-leader who provides expertise in the design, development, enhancements, updates, and maintaining of different analytics and dashboards solutions for organizational level needs. Develops and documents technical specifications based on business needs, creating the specified analytic and/or dashboard functionality, validation, and training to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of ad hoc reporting and dashboard. Major Responsibilities: 1. Works with decision makers and analysts to identify the most complex business requirements behind ad hoc and dashboard reporting needs. 2. Creates and documents ad hoc reporting technical specifications based on the business requirements presented by the decision makers and analysts. 3. Performs maintenance and troubleshooting of all business object data applications; and performs peer review of work in accordance with documented standards. 4. Serves as an information consultant to team and organization. Primary Duty 5: Performs other duties as assigned. 5. Adheres to regular and predictable attendance. 6.
