Product Designer

What You'll Do

• • Own end-to-end product design for key parts of the Emergent platform

• • Turn complex workflows into clear, intuitive experiences

• • Work closely with engineers and product to ship fast, high-quality features

• • Design flows, interactions, and UI with strong attention to detail

• • Contribute to product thinking and not just execution

• • Help evolve design patterns and systems as the product scales

What We're Looking For

• • 4+ years of experience designing and shipping digital products

• • Strong interaction and visual design fundamentals

• • Comfortable working on technical or complex products (you don't need to code, but you should enjoy collaborating closely with engineers)

• • Ability to operate in ambiguity and make good decisions with incomplete information

• • Clear communication and strong product intuition

• • High ownership mindset, you care deeply about what ships

• Nice to Have:

• • Some hands-on experience with code, or a genuine interest in experimenting with it

• • Experience designing AI-powered products or systems

• • Familiarity with design systems and scaling patterns
