About the role

Role Overview This role is for someone who can design systems that are scaled but also isn’t precious about building temporary things when we need a demo, a pilot, or something to show a room full of stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain business applications, internal tools, and customer-facing solutions
Assist teams and stakeholders in developing applications using AI-assisted development tools
Review, validate, and improve AI-generated code before deployment
Establish standards and best practices for AI-assisted software development
Create and maintain code review, testing, and deployment processes
Design and implement CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
Support application deployments across cloud and on-premises environments
Troubleshoot application, infrastructure, and deployment issues
Collaborate with IT, engineering, and business teams to deliver solutions quickly and safely
Document development standards, deployment procedures, and operational processes
Evaluate emerging AI development tools and recommend best practices for adoption
Help establish a scalable framework for application development across the organization

AI-assisted development platforms (Claude Code, ChatGPT)
JFrog Artifactory — artifact management and single-source dependency governance

Experience with observability tooling (Prometheus/Grafana) for monitoring AI service health
Docker and containerized applications
