Job Description:

Technical/Functional Skills :

Salesforce.com Technologies : Standard Objects, Workflows, Approvals, Email Templates, Formulas, Validation Rules, Data Loader, Reports, Dashboards, Apex Classes and Controllers, Apex Triggers

Visualforce Technology : Visualforce Pages, Components

Web Technologies : Web Services, HTML, Javascript

Languages : APEX, SOQL, SOSL

Roles & Responsibilities:

IT experience in application design, customization, development, support which includes 4+ years of experience in Salesforce.com CRM

Administration, Configuration, Implementation experience on Salesforce.com CRM

Advanced knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Methodology

Expertise in standard Salesforce configuration that includes workflow rules, page layouts, record types, approval processes, assignment rules, validation rules, bulk triggers,etc.

Experience in Apex Classes, Controllers and Triggers considering governor limits and various other components as per the client and application requirements

Implemented security and sharing rules at object, field and record level for different users at different levels of organization

Developed and configured various custom reports and report folders for different user profiles

Involved in Unit Testing, Test Code Coverage, Code Review and User Acceptance Testing

Deployed Classes, Triggers, Objects, Components and Pages from one environment to another using Change Sets and Force.com IDE

Used Data Loader for insert, update and bulk import or export of data from Salesforce.com objects
