8-10 years of Java experience 5 years JEE experience including JMS 5 years’ experience developing complex software applications (Server side/ Client Side) 2-3 years experience with developing reports using JasperReports and JasperReports Server, Boss (JBoss Messaging, JBoss Cache, JMX, HornetQ ) Ability to effectively interact with diverse groups of business and IT professionals. Must have strong hands on development experience building high quality large scale software solutions. A demonstrated commitment to software engineering best practices required. Must be an effective communicator both verbally and in written language. Experience with various Encryption mechanisms and designing secure web applications including addressing security vulnerabilities
