Job Description: Technical Expertise: o Hands-on Experience with Micro Focus tools and COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2 for z/OS, Assembler, PL/I, Rexx, flat/sequential files, GDGs, and VSAM. o Strong programming, debugging, and problem-solving skills. Mentorship and Development: Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, conduct regular one-on-one meetings, and drive performance assessments and career development planning. Strategic Execution: Contribute to the software engineering strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational technology goals and business objectives. Technical Oversight: Collaborate with architects and senior engineers to maintain high standards of code quality, design, and technical excellence. Project Monitoring: Track project progress, identify risks, and resolve any issues that may affect project timelines or outcomes.
