The Impact you will have in this role
Being a member of the EPS Network Operations, the Senior Associate role plays a critical role in ensuring the stability, security, and performance of enterprise network infrastructure. This position supports global operations with a focus on incident management, change execution, and process improvement.
Your Primary Responsibilities
- Alert Monitoring & Triage: Monitor SNOW alerts and perform initial troubleshooting using knowledge base articles.
- Vendor Coordination: Open, track, and resolve vendor tickets for network incidents.
- Reporting: Generate non-capacity and on-demand network management reports.
- Change Management: Execute standard, normal, and emergency changes under guidance.
- Advanced Troubleshooting: Resolve escalated issues and collaborate with L3 engineers for complex problems.
- Interdependency Analysis: Understand relationships between proxies, business systems, and infrastructure.
- Documentation: Maintain technical documentation and approve vendor-driven changes (e.g., software upgrades).
- Collaboration: Participate in technical discussions and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Disaster Recovery (DR): Participate in DR tests and document findings.
- Audit Support: Provide documentation for compliance and audit requirements.
- Knowledge Base Management: Review and update KB articles regularly.
- Automation Initiatives: Identify automation opportunities and track implementation progress.

- Shift Coverage: Work in rotational shifts to ensure 24x7 global support.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Engage with other support teams and stakeholders for seamless operations.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to process enhancements and automation projects.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations.
