De Data Analyst is de schakel tussen operations, business en IT. Door data, automatisering en AI te verbinden met de operationele realiteit, zorgt deze rol voor meer transparantie, betere besluitvorming en efficiëntere processen. Zo versnelt de Data Analyst de transformatie van Antwerp Gateway naar een slimmere, productievere en toekomstgerichte terminal.
Wat ga je doen?

Als Data Analyst voer je diepgaande analyses uit op operationele data en vertaalt deze naar bruikbare inzichten en opportuniteiten om de productiviteit en capaciteit van de terminal verder te verhogen.

Hiervoor zet je datamodellen, KPI-kaders en monitoringprocessen op die een betrouwbare prestatieopvolging mogelijk maken

Verder neem je een cruciale rol op binnen data-heavy projecten (Process automation, Machine Learning toepassingen) en werkt hiervoor nauw samen met de operationele teams, data engineers en BI-experts om bij te dragen aan use case-identificatie, datavoorbereiding, modelevaluatie en implementatie binnen een multidisciplinaire omgeving

Verder ondersteun je ons traject van continue verbetering met een data-gedreven (Six Sigma) aanpak

Je bent onze expert in data-analyse en data-visualisatie, en ondersteunt andere departementen en cross-functionele project teams met analyse tools en methodieken.

Je rapporteert aan de Director Business Optimization
Wat breng jij mee?
-
Een bachelor – of masterdiploma in een bedrijfseconomische richting met 5 à 8 jaar relevante ervaring in een vergelijkbare analytische of data-gedreven rol. Ervaring in logistiek, supply chain of containeroperaties is een voordeel

Sterke analytische vaardigheden met ervaring in complexe data-analyse, datamodellering en visualisatie, en het vermogen om operationele inzichten uit data te halen

Kennis van statistische analysetechnieken en gevorderde vaardigheden in Excel, Power BI, Python of vergelijkbare analysetools - Six Sigma is een plus

Proactieve en leergierige mindset, met een continue focus op procesverbetering en het bijblijven met nieuwe tools en technologieën

Sterke samenwerkings- en communicatieve vaardigheden om effectief te werken in een cross-functionele omgeving met operations, business en IT
