About the role
(Hybrid) Description DMC is seeking talented Senior Engineers for our Automation, Embedded, and Test & Measurements service areas. Senior Engineers at DMC have 5+ years of relevant experience and provide expert level competency in their respective technology areas. They bring both a component and systems-level understanding to their projects, are skilled in designing and creating robust software architectures and reusable modules and are drivers for sharing knowledge across DMC.

Responsibilities

• Creates proposals for new opportunities with existing customers

• Direct contact with suppliers when project issues arise

• Manages schedules and budgets

• Determines and implements path strategies for various project sizes

• Identifies and closes loose ends in projects

• Accurately estimates time of completion for novel tasks based on developed architecture
-
• Designs systems with novel approaches using new and/or familiar platforms
-
• Recommends optimum architecture based on experience from familiar projects and components

• Actively assesses client satisfaction on a project basis

Requirements

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship now or in the future.

• 5+ Years relevant experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field

• Minimum GPA of 3.4

• Ability to leverage one’s industry expertise to develop and manage project execution plans for complex solutions (3–9 month project scope)

Compensation
Compensation is based on experience, industry and location standards.
