Job Posting Title: Security Operations Manager (Threat Assessment & Communications) Req ID: 10148005 Job Description: Key Responsibilities Collect, analyze, and assess security- and safety-related information from internal sources, external partners, vendors, and open-source platforms Partner closely with internal stakeholders, other Disney security operations centers, and external agencies including local authorities Proactively evaluate and implement technologies to enhance information gathering, reporting, communications, and operational coordination Train, coach, and develop team members to maintain high professional, analytical, and communication standards Support crisis management and time-critical decision-making during incidents or peak operational periods Qualifications & Experience University degree required; postgraduate qualification in security, information management, or emergency management preferred Minimum 7 years of experience in the security field, with exposure to security operations and communication centers, also practical understanding for the operations of a Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) will be an advantage.
