Job Description.

Plan and manage one or more IT systems development projects supporting the Multifamily business unit. Manage initial evaluation and determination of projects in the Multifamily portfolio. Develop and manage project scope and requirements in coordination with business partners, technology and operations staff. Responsible for tracking attainment of project milestones. Managing resource and project budgeting for individual projects. May provide technical oversight to some staff.

KEY JOB FUNCTIONS

Reporting into the business, serve as administrator for one or more applications being rolled out on Salesforce. Administration activities include but are not limited to:

•Promoting User Adoption

• Ad hoc reporting and Dashboard development / configuration

•Data Management activities

•Contact Management

•Community Management

•Opportunity Team assignments

•Miscellaneous configuration changes

•Participate in activities to help refine Salesforce governance

•Triage issues with Production Support Groups

•Participate in development teams for new application development

• Provide Salesforce subject matter expertise to the Multifamily Business

•Perform business analysis and project management activities to support the Multifamily business’ portfolio of projects.

•Manage daily team activities to advance the work of one or more Multifamily IT projects. Plan, document, review, and manage subordinate performance.

•Develop implementation plans. Allocate and coordinate resources. Align with other projects. Develop methods for monitoring project progress. Provide analytical support in synthesizing and reporting results.

•Develop, monitor, and review project budgets. Verify expenditures vs. actual. Explain variances.

•Establish schedules and priorities. Prepare and deliver status reporting in areas such as metrics, staffing statistics, resource tracking, SOX compliance, unit progress, issue tracking, and staff meetings.

•Manage administrative tasks to include access requests, space management, equipment procurement and tracking, and contractor requisitions and work orders.

•Develop, implement, and share best practices and tools in areas such as technology development, project management, risk management, change management, document retention and management, and post-implementation review.

•Develop, implement, and document procedures. Adhere to corporate and business unit standards and procedures. Obtain required approvals.

•Provide technology support and input. Support opportunities for technology improvements. Make recommendations for enhancements.

•Manage key internal and external relationships. Identify and resolve project issues, interdependencies, and conflicts. Ensure positive outcomes.

•Develop team members and provide ongoing professional guidance and direction.

EDUCATION

•Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE

•6+ years of related experience

SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

•Familiarity with configuration and/or development of applications on the Salesforce platform.

•Salesforce system administration.

•Salesforce Administrator and/or Developer certification preferred

•Experience supporting IT project governance processes

•Familiarity with implementation of applications on Salesforce.com and administration of the tool

•Familiarity with SDLC and technology operations processes

•Experience with and understanding of the multifamily/commercial mortgage lifecycle including origination, underwriting, pricing, closing, securitization and servicing preferred

•Clear and concise communication

•Familiarity and experience with MS Project

•Financial Services experience preferred

•PMP preferred
