Job Description
Serás responsable de instalar, configurar y dar mantenimiento a hardware y software en las instalaciones del cliente. Realizarás inspecciones, limpieza, reparaciones menores y resolverás incidencias técnicas para garantizar el correcto funcionamiento de los equipos. También colaborarás con los clientes para asegurar su satisfacción y comprensión del producto.
Responsibilities
- Instalar, configurar y realizar movimientos de hardware y software (IMAC/R).
- Ejecutar mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo, incluyendo limpieza y ajuste de componentes.
- Diagnosticar y resolver fallas de hardware y software; escalar incidentes cuando sea necesario.
- Capacitar a clientes en el uso y operación de equipos y software.
- Completar documentación y cumplir con los KPI establecidos.
- Participar en capacitaciones y colaborar en proyectos especiales.
Qualifications

Carrera técnica concluída

0 a 2 años en servicios de campo
