Lead architect can highlight areas to improve from monitoring perspective in different systems as identified by the team (leads) Team Communication (platform changes) Need to understand the org structure for the communication to take place and the relevant stakeholders. Which areas to be covered? Documentation Confluence, PPT, EXCEL , draw.io DCAF Participation in DCAF / Arch board meeting, offering solutions in the areas of cloud / ecomm, CMS / PIM & different related business processes. Presenting SIP ideas, progress & blockers. Security Security Audit or risks identification will be done by Husqvarna. Lead architect can help in resolving security issues in the scope of product capabilities. Merkle can support with the detailed security assessment if needed. (See also comments on quality topics) Quality Recommending how to improve code quality, sharing timely code quality status using SONAR highlighting security vulnerabilities & bad coding practice, including code quality steps in the build pipeline Automation Providing the solution to automatize the processes under the realm of product capabilities, improvising CI/CD pipelines & repetitive problems. They will be implemented by Devs within the SIP scope. Target Architecture Supporting enterprise architecture, drawing / editing. Accountable for maintaining the overall solution including the CI/CD pipeline upgrades Provide input to maintain the platform standards
