The purpose of this role is to provide support for the collection, analysis, and dissemination of insights to our clients Job Description: Position: BI Analyst Experience: 5-8 Years Location: [Bangalore/Coimbatore/Pune/Mumbai] Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented BI Analyst with 4+ years of experience in Power BI and SQL. The ideal candidate should be capable of developing end-to-end dashboards, performing data analysis and validation, and transforming business requirements into actionable insights. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports. Gather and understand business requirements and translate them into reporting solutions. Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, analysis, and reporting. Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency of reports. Create and maintain data models, relationships, measures, and DAX calculations in Power BI. Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify reporting needs and provide analytical insights. Troubleshoot and resolve reporting and data-related issues. Document dashboard logic, data sources, and validation processes. Required Skills 4+ years of hands-on experience with Power BI. Strong knowledge of SQL for data extraction and analysis. Experience in developing end-to-end dashboards and reporting solutions. Good understanding of data modelling concepts and DAX, and understanding ETL process & GITHUB Experience in data validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance. Ability to analyze business requirements and convert them into meaningful visualizations. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Good communication and stakeholder management skills. Nice to Have: Basic knowledge of Python Familiarity with Databricks Experience with Power Query (M Language). Qualification Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field. Relevant Power BI certifications are an added advantage.
