Salesforce Lead Developer

• Responsible for overall technical delivery for respective teams • Design, and develop advanced customizations utilizing Salesforce.com and Force.com. • Provide hands-on development to solve complex portions of applications as a “master developer” • Responsible for ensuring overall quality of the product by performing code reviews, technical design reviews etc. • Integrate multiple technologies with Salesforce.com/Force.com. • Map functional requirements to Salesforce.com features and functionality. • Disseminate best practices on solution positioning and delivery. • Manage technical project team members (onshore and offshore). • Mentor junior team members in Salesforce.com technology, Force.com, Integration Technologies, and Salesforce.com best practices. Key experiences and attributes: • Good understanding in the full life cycle of the software development environment using waterfall and agile methodologies • Ability to provide broad and deep technical leadership and cohesive design approaches for strategic efforts. • Work closely with delivery teams to define technical development guidelines and security guidelines for Salesforce based applications. • Thorough knowledge in Apex, Visualforce, Salesforce1 and Force.com platform capabilities is a must • Knowledge in developing applications using Lightning component framework is a major plus • Experience in working in Customer and Partner communities is a major plus • Participate in design discussions and provide Salesforce expertise to implements standards based functionalities • Have capability to lead a team involving onsite and offshore team on all technical related tasks around Salesforce development • Working experience with Salesforce Integrations with 3rd party systems • Ability to explain complex technology decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences at all levels in the organization • Minimum of 5 years of Salesforce.com (SFDC) systems implementation experience, Salesforce.com • Experience with various capabilities offered by the platform including Workflow, Chatter, Knowledge etc. • Data Migration, SSO and web services experience involving Salesforce platform Required experience: • Salesforce: 5 years • Sales Cloud : 3 Years • APEX: 3 years • Visualforce: 3 years • Integrations: 3 Years • Community Development: 1 Year • Certifications o Administrator/Platform App Builder o Platform Developer I
