Job Role: Elastic Search Specialist Location: Hanover, MD Duration: 24+ Months Contract
Job Description: 2 to 3 years experience developing or administrating Solr/Lucene/ElasticSearch or any other Search engines. Experience with clustered Search engine implementation/configurations. 4+ years Java development. Strong Linux skills. Experience in implementing customized Solr/Lucene solutions. Some PHP experience is a plus. Experience working on high traffic and high availability websites and applications. Strong overall software engineering background. Excel at producing "just enough" solutions to complex problems. Must be able to work independently and as part of a team. Proven track record of working in cross-functional teams and communicating with other teams and business members.
