About the role
The Senior SAP Security Analyst will play a critical role in managing the software development lifecycle of SAP Security at Curtiss-Wright. This position requires expertise in SAP Security, risk, and compliance, particularly with SAP S/4HANA and SAP Fiori. Location: Remote, India Your Challenge: Design, configure, and communicate SAP user management and security matrices across various SAP solutions, including SAP Finance, Order to Cash, Service to Cash (Aftermarket/Repairs), Procure to Pay, Manufacturing (MM), Enterprise Warehouse Management, and Integrated Business Planning (IBP). Analyze and assess risks associated with application security exposures, providing solutions to eliminate or mitigate these risks. Demonstrate a solid understanding of information security management principles, SAP application security methodologies, and SAP user and role management tools. Have strong knowledge and hands-on experience in defining the SAP Security approach, role design, authorization concepts, and user provisioning. Collaborate with the existing SAP team to conduct and manage audit reviews. What You Bring: Design, deploy, and support SAP Security functions while providing subject matter expertise for the SAP landscape. Responsible for the design, building, implementation, and maintenance of SAP security roles and profiles in the S4 environment across all landscapes. Perform ongoing maintenance of S4 Security roles and role assignments based on changing access needs. Analyze information security and business data to gain insights into the security risk posture. ensure the integration of information security with business strategies and requirements. Drive remediation plans for audit and compliance-related findings. Build and maintain strong relationships with senior management and executive teams. Create and maintain technical and policy documentation. serve as the subject matter expert in SAP Security. Respond to and follow up on security-related tickets, including requests for new roles, changes, user terminations, and new user setups. Understand evolving business needs and recommend future strategies. Provide technical assistance in response to inquiries regarding errors, problems, or questions related to SAP instances. Exhibit strong teamwork, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to work independently. Support management during IT audits and ensure adherence to change control policies. Collaborate with management to develop, implement, and analyze best practice change and access controls and processes. Assist in documenting key business processes. Support ITSM tools as needed for change management, CMDB, security, testing, etc. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Computer Security, or a related field. 15 or more years of experience in SAP Security, risk, and compliance. A minimum of 5 years of experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP Fiori is preferred. SAP and Security certifications are a plus. No unsolicited agency submittals please.
