Job Description

Support service-related communication and coordination with overseas customers, especially in Africa, leveraging multilingual capabilities (Chinese, English or French and/or African languages).

Assist in troubleshooting support, technical documentation, and service-related analysis to support customer service engineering activities.

Support service data collection, maintenance, and analysis, including service reports, field feedback, and operational metrics.

协助完成服务数据的收集、整理与分析，包括服务报告、现场反馈及运营指标等相关内容。

Provide operational and administrative support to the service team, including documentation, reporting, and coordination tasks.

为服务团队提供运营及行政支持，包括文档管理、数据整理及跨团队协调工作。

Participate in service improvement projects and cross-functional collaboration, gaining exposure to real-world technical service scenarios.

Take part in a structured internship and development program, including training on Cummins products, service processes, and technical systems.

External Qualifications and Competencies

Currently enrolled undergraduate, master’s, or doctoral students, preferably in engineering-related majors (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Automotive, Energy).

本科、硕士或博士在校生，理工科专业优先（如机械、电气、车辆工程、能源等）。

Basic understanding of engineering principles and strong interest in technical service, troubleshooting, and product applications.

具备基础工程技术知识，对技术服务、故障分析及产品应用具有浓厚兴趣。

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with data analysis tools or AI tools is a plus.

熟练使用Microsoft Office办公软件（Word、Excel、PowerPoint）, 具备数据分析或AI工具使用能力者优先。

Good command of Chinese, English, or French in speaking, reading, and writing; proficiency in additional African languages is a plus.

Strong problem-solving skills, learning agility, and teamwork capabilities.

具备较强的问题解决能力、学习能力以及团队合作精神。

Available for at least 3 days per week for a minimum duration of 3 months.

Strong communication skills through Chinese culture and African culture
