Team Lead Software Engineer - Product Engineering

What You'll Do

• Lead a team of talented engineers, driving the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code that processes over 7 billion events every day and growing fast

• Work with one of the largest private Hadoop clusters in the world , leveraging a cutting-edge tech stack that pushes the boundaries of modern data processing

• Shape and evolve data models that turn noisy, real-world data into meaningful signals — unlocking complex challenges for the entire engineering community

• Build and operate high-volume, highly available systems that are critical to the success of the business

• Play an active role in architecture discussions, help shape the product roadmap, and take full ownership of delivering impactful projects

Who You Are

You hold a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

You’ve already led or managed a team of engineers, and you’re passionate about coaching, mentoring, and helping others grow

You bring 7+ years of experience in software engineering, ideally working with compiled languages like C#, Java, or Go

You have a strong foundation in core Computer Science concepts (data structures, algorithms, data modeling, optimization)

You’re comfortable working with ETL pipelines and multi-stage data processing systems

You’ve built and evolved systems of significant complexity and enjoy tackling challenging technical problems

You care deeply about shipping high-performance, high-quality code

You take ownership, act with accountability, and don’t shy away from responsibility

You’re a natural problem solver — curious, creative, and driven by a genuine passion for coding

You’re a strong communicator and team player, able to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment
