Job Title: Sr. Automation Operations Engineer Location: Mohali, India Experience: 4–8 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Description & Role Overview We are seeking a high-impact Automation Operations Engineer, who will develop, and scale automation solutions across enterprise business processes. This role blends RPA, AI-driven automation, and emerging Agentic AI capabilities to drive operational efficiency and innovation. You will work closely with business stakeholders, SMEs, and cross-functional IT teams to deliver end-to-end automation solutions, leveraging platforms such as Microsoft Power Platform, Robocorp, Python and modern AI/ML frameworks. Key Responsibilities Intelligent Automation Delivery Support, develop, test, and deploy scalable automation solutions across business processes Implement full automation lifecycle: discovery → design → development → deployment → support Leverage RPA, AI Automation, and Agentic AI frameworks to improve business outcomes Build reusable automation components and frameworks

AI & Agentic Automation Develop and Support AI-powered automation solutions using: AI copilots, and orchestration frameworks Intelligent document processing (IDP), NLP, and decision automation

Develop and Support Agentic workflows (autonomous decision-making automation systems) Integrate automation with AI services (Azure AI, OpenAI, Cognitive Services) Enable self-healing bots and autonomous process optimization

Technical Development Support on Automation solutions using: Microsoft Power Automate / Power Apps Robocorp / Python-based automation (Mandatory) RPA tools and Agentic AI workflows

Develop and maintain scripts in Python (mandatory) Review code, ensure best practices, and optimize performance Manage production bots and ensure reliability

Process Excellence & Governance Identify automation opportunities and optimize business processes Ensure SLA compliance and performance monitoring Maintain proper documentation and enforce governance Follow SDLC, change management, and quality standards Stakeholder Collaboration Work closely with business stakeholders and COEs Translating business requirements into automation solutions Provide solution demos, documentation, and post-deployment support

Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field 4–8 years of experience in RPA / Automation Operation Role Hands-on expertise in: Power Automate / Power Platform Robocorp / Python automation Blue Prism, UI Path or equivalent

Strong Python programming skills

Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills AI & Emerging Tech Experience with: AI Automation, Generative AI, LLMs (OpenAI/Azure OpenAI) Prompt engineering and AI orchestration Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) Conversational AI / Chatbots

Exposure to Agentic AI frameworks / multi-agent systems Technical Stack .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET), APIs, Web Services SQL Server, data handling, and integration patterns ERP automation (SAP / Oracle) DevOps & Delivery GitHub / version control CI/CD pipelines for automation deployment Agile / Scrum methodologies
