ClaimSorted (YC S24) is hiring a Forward Deployed Enginee r to build and deliver systems that power fast, reliable onboarding for insurers – helping clients go live quickly and delighting them from day one

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with customer stakeholders, from technical teams to executives

• Build and maintain systems that support critical customer operations and fast, reliable onboarding

• Deliver accurate reporting and critical insights for customers and internal teams

• Lead initiatives to improve the platform based on customer insights

• Stack: NextJS, NodeJs, GCP, Postgres, Terraform

Requirements

• Strong full-stack engineering experience

• Excellent communication skills and comfortable being customer-facing

• Comfortable operating in ambiguous, high-velocity environments
