Job Details Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Salesforce Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements and align with the organization's strategic goals. As a Salesforce Architect, you will be responsible for designing scalable and efficient Salesforce systems, integrating Salesforce with other enterprise platforms, and providing technical leadership to development teams. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in Salesforce architecture, strong problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering innovative solutions. Key Responsibilities: Solution Architecture and Design: Define and design the overall Salesforce architecture, ensuring it aligns with business needs and technical best practices. Develop scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce solutions that support organizational growth. Create detailed system and integration designs, including data models, workflows, and security structures. Technical Leadership: Serve as the technical lead for Salesforce projects, providing guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle. Mentor developers and administrators on Salesforce best practices, including coding standards, configuration, and integrations. Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, translating business requirements into technical solutions. Integration and Data Management: Design and implement integration between Salesforce and other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, data warehouses, marketing platforms) using APIs, middleware, and integration tools like MuleSoft. Define and implement data governance, migration strategies, and synchronization processes. Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements. Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with business leaders, product owners, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions that drive value. Partner with enterprise architects and IT teams to ensure Salesforce solutions align with broader enterprise architecture. Facilitate technical discussions and present architectural solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Salesforce Platform Optimization: Stay current with Salesforce releases and new features, identifying opportunities for optimization and innovation. Lead the evaluation and implementation of Salesforce AppExchange solutions and third-party tools. Ensure adherence to Salesforce governor limits and system performance optimization. Governance and Documentation: Establish the best practices, standards, and guidelines for Salesforce development, configuration, and integration. Create and maintain technical documentation, including architectural diagrams, data flow diagrams, and solution designs. Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and regulatory standards. Required Skills and Qualifications: Experience: 10+ years of Salesforce experience, including at least 3 years as a Salesforce Architect. Proven experience designing and implementing Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud). Extensive experience with Salesforce integrations, including REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Informatica), and Salesforce Connect. Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, including data models, sharing models, and security architecture. Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, and declarative tools (e.g., Flows, Process Builder). Strong knowledge of Salesforce DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and tools like Salesforce DX. Familiarity with enterprise integration patterns and data management best practices. Certifications (Preferred): Salesforce Certified Application Architect. Salesforce Certified System Architect. Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) is a plus. Salesforce certifications in specific clouds (e.g., Marketing Cloud, CPQ Specialist). Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders. Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across teams and mentor others. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with multi-cloud Salesforce implementations. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Azure DevOps. Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF). Experience with global Salesforce implementations involving multiple regions and languages. . EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any other related discipline or equivalent related experience. Preferred Certifications: Android Development Certification Cloud Architect Certifications Integration Architects Certifications Application/Infrastructure/Enterprise Architect Training and Certification, e.g. TOGAF SAFe Agile Certification WORK EXPERIENCE: 8+ years of directly-related or relevant experience, preferably in software designing and development or systems architecture.
