Vos missions Rattaché(e) au Product Manager / Responsable Produit, vous participerez à : Analyse du marché (veille concurrentielle, tendances réglementaires, innovations PAC) Rédaction et priorisation des besoins produit (backlog, user stories) Participation à la définition des spécifications fonctionnelles Coordination avec les équipes R&D, qualité, marketing et SAV Suivi des performances produit (retours terrain, indicateurs qualité, satisfaction client) Contribution aux lancements produits (supports techniques, argumentaires) Profil recherché Formation Bac+4/5 (ingénierie énergétique, génie climatique, management de produit ou équivalent) Intérêt marqué pour les pompes à chaleur et les systèmes thermodynamiques Bonne capacité d’analyse et esprit structuré Aisance en communication (interface technique / marketing) Maîtrise d’Excel / PowerPoint (la connaissance d’outils Agile type Jira est un plus) Anglais professionnel Allemand apprécié Compétences appréciées Connaissances en thermodynamique ou génie climatique Sensibilité aux enjeux énergétiques et environnementaux Compréhension des contraintes SAV et terrain Pourquoi nous rejoindre ?
