Job Summary As a Full Stack Developer - Hybrid, Mandaluyong City, you are responsible for solution design quality, technical feasibility, and delivery assurance across the TSCMF platform. This role is critical in enhancing the technological infrastructure and capabilities of the TSCMF product team, ensuring that the solution is scalable, resilient, and aligned with modern cloud computing standards. Job Description We are looking for a Full Stack Developer - Hybrid, Mandaluyong City who will support the development and implementation of Trade, Supply Chain, and Microfinance Platform (TSCMF). This position will be full-time and hybrid in Mandaluyong City. What You'll Do Assesses complex technical and business problems, evaluates solution options and trade‑offs (e.g., pros/cons of each viable option), and provides clear recommendations that balance business value, technical feasibility, risk, and delivery constraints Support the development of effective working relationships with IT and business stakeholders and include qualities such as professionalism, ethics, trustworthiness, reliability, and personal organization Exhibits high level of inquisitiveness and commitment to continuous learning Able to work independently with minimal supervision while also collaborating effectively in a delivery‑driven, cross-functional team environment to achieve agreed outcomes As a senior resource, demonstrates ownership for individual and team outcomes, proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities while continuously improving skills and delivery practices Possesses deep expertise in full‑stack development and cloud‑native architectures with experience working in Agile delivery environments Has used broad and modern set of tools and technologies while demonstrating ability to rapidly self‑learn and adapt to new platforms, frameworks, or practices as required Able to translate functional requirements into fit-for-purpose technical solutions and appropriate technical documents/artifacts Applies and shapes engineering standards, design patterns, and best practices to ensure delivered solutions are scalable, secure, resilient, and maintainable Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills to convey complex technical concepts and the value of technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Demonstrates proactive and timely communication with product owner, business analysts, technical teams, subject-matter experts, and other cross-functional teams to ensure shared understanding of objectives and requirements Uses effective communication to align stakeholders, resolve ambiguity early, and prevent downstream delivery, quality, or integration risks Confident in engaging with and working collaboratively across large, diverse stakeholder groups, including business, IT, vendors, and subject-matter-experts Proactively identifies and de-escalates conflict, facilitates difficult conversations, and negotiates informed trade-offs to reach practical, mutually acceptable solutions Beyond technical delivery, the senior full-stack developer closely interacts with the product delivery team (ADB and vendor) to provide technical assurance that the technical solutions are feasible, fit-for-purpose, and aligned with business and delivery constraints What You'll Need Required: A Master's degree would be advantageous At least 5 years of professional experience in full-stack development, with a strong emphasis on cloud-native design and architecture Proven track record of delivering high-quality, scalable, and secure software solutions that meet project requirements and industry standards Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript and frameworks like React or Angular Expertise in back-end development using languages such as Node.js, Python, or Java Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, including services like Kubernetes, Docker, and serverless computing Strong understanding of database technologies, both SQL and NoSQL Experience with agile development methodologies Experience designing fault-tolerant, event-driven systems using Temporal (workflow orchestration) Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot and Claude Preferred: Relevant technical certifications and applied skills / knowledge are a plus Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and infrastructure as code Knowledge of microservices architecture and RESTful API design Physical Demands Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc. Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor Reasonable accommodation statement If you require a reasonable accommodation in completing this application, interviewing, completing any pre-employment testing, or otherwise participating in the employment selection process, please direct your inquiries to application.accommodations@cai.io or (888) 824 – 8111.
