About the role
Key Responsibilities
Project & Program Management
Own planning, execution, tracking, and delivery of technical projects across cross-functional teams.
Manage scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and overall program governance.
Drive Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and delivery reporting.
Ensure alignment between engineering teams, product owners, and business stakeholders.
Technical Leadership
Understand system architecture, data flows, APIs, cloud components, and integration requirements.
Partner with architects and engineers to define technical designs, solution approaches, and implementation plans.
Identify technical risks, constraints, and trade-offs, and guide teams toward viable solutions.
Support teams in troubleshooting delivery issues and removing blockers.
Stakeholder & Communication Management
Serve as the primary communication bridge between business and technical teams.
Translate business requirements into actionable technical tasks and execution plans.
Provide clear project updates, dashboards, and documentation to leadership and stakeholders.
Facilitate alignment meetings, decision-making sessions, and release planning.
