[仕事内容] Interior Sensing Systemにおける認識性能（ex, レーダー)に関わるソフトウエア開発をするエンジニアを求めております。ソフトウエアエンジニアとして、以下のような業務を行います。 ISSシステムにおけるソフトウェアの要求分析、設計、実装をします。 プラットフォームチームを含む専門家と協力し、最先端のソリューションの提案します。 他ソフトウェア、アプリケーション、およびテストのエンジニアと協力して、Vモデルに従ってシステムを開発します。 顧客や他分野の専門家とグローバルにコミュニケーションを取り、技術折衝をします。 We are seeking a software engineer to contribute to the development of software related to perception performance (e.g., radar) for Interior Sensing Systems (ISS). As a software engineer, you will be responsible for the following tasks: Analyze requirements, design, and implement software for the ISS system.

Collaborate with domain experts, including platform teams, to propose cutting-edge solutions.

Work closely with other software, application, and test engineers to develop systems in accordance with the V-model.

Engage in technical discussions and negotiations with customers and cross-functional experts globally.

[必須の経験・スキル] 電気工学、コンピュータエンジニアリング、または同様の工学の学士号 3年以上のシステム/ソフトウェア開発の経験 3年以上のC ++プログラミングスキル Matlab / Pythonプログラミングスキル 高度な日本語コミュニケーションスキル ビジネスレベルの英語力 [歓迎する経験・スキル] 自動車または組み込み制御システムでのC ++ソフトウェア開発の経験 画像処理やミリ波センサーの基本知識 [語学力] ビジネスレベルの英語能力 Native(N1)レベルの日本語能力

[Required Experience and Skills] Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field

Over 3 years of experience in system/software development

More than 3 years of hands-on experience with C++ programming

Proficiency in Matlab and/or Python programming

Advanced Japanese communication skills

Business-level proficiency in English

[Preferred Experience and Skills] Experience in C++ software development for automotive or embedded control systems

Basic knowledge of image processing and millimeter-wave sensors

[Language Proficiency] Business-level English proficiency

Native-level Japanese proficiency (equivalent to JLPT N1)
