Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, Improving Customer Satisfaction for Field & Zero Km Project management & proto validation for various mobile application and attainment of KPIs Effective communication and interpersonal skills for interactions with customers and source plant teams Fostering internal relationship with internal Service Organizations and other departments
B.E. Mechanical with 5 - 6 years of relevant Experience Preferred Skills / Exposure: In-depth Products Knowledge (Fault finding, trouble shooting, assembly, dis-assembly, Testing), Trouble shooting skills, Adaptability & Communication skills
