Strong experience in AUTOSAR BSW testing (with sensors camera, video, radar, ultrasonic), including MCAL, ECU Abstraction, OS, and Services layers. Hands-on testing of communication protocols – CAN, LIN, Ethernet, FlexRay, and diagnostics (UDS/DoIP). Expertise in test automation using Python, CAPL, and tools like CANoe/CANalyzer. Ability to design and implement scalable automation frameworks integrated with CI/CD (Jenkins, Git). Experience in data analytics for testing – defect trends, coverage analysis, and predictive insights. Proficiency in data tools such as Python (Pandas, NumPy), Power BI, or similar dashboards. Working knowledge of AI/GenAI/LLM applications in testing (test case generation, log analysis, defect prediction). Experience with prompt engineering / LLM-based automation accelerators is a strong advantage. Good understanding of ASPICE and ISO 26262 processes. Strong collaboration and leadership skills with ability to mentor teams technically & drive automation & AI adoption in Test.
