TECNICO DE MANTENIMIENTO

PERFIL DISPONIBILIDAD DE ROLAR TURNOS Carrera técnica concluida en mantenimiento industrial, electromecánica industrial, mecatrónica o afín Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en mecánica industrial (en el depto. de mantenimiento). Conocimientos sólidos en electricidad industrial (control eléctrico), hidráulica y neumática industrial. Conocimientos básicos en sensores (inductivo, capacitivo, laser, magnético). Conocimiento básico de controladores y drives. Conocimiento PLCs.(Siemens, Allen Bralley, Mitsubishi). Conocimiento básico de protocolos de comunicación (Ethernet, Device Net, profibus, profinet). Conocimiento básico de robots (Epson, Fanuc, Co-bots). Conocimiento amplio en los sistemas de mantenimiento preventivo, predictivo, correctivo y TPM. Deseable inglés básico (Interpretar manuales/Pantallas técnicas) Conocimiento de SAP (Reserva, refacciones, módulo de mantenimiento). Conocimiento de sistema LOTO. (Bloqueo y candadeo) Manejo básico de paquete Office. RESPONSABILIDADES / FUNCIONES Realizar los trabajos siguiendo los aspectos de seguridad necesarios Realizar los mantenimientos preventivos y predictivos de acuerdo con el programa Ejecutar mantenimientos mecánicos Ejecutar mantenimientos eléctricos/electrónicos Ejecutar mantenimientos neumáticos Ejecutar mantenimientos hidráulicos Ejecutar ajustes de procesos por variabilidad Realizar limpieza del taller de mantenimiento y áreas de trabajo. Optimización de recursos en la elaboración de sus actividades Administración del tiempo para realizar actividades del día a día Atender los llamados de producción con sentido de urgencia Apoyar y capacitar a técnicos de mantenimiento con más bajo nivel Realizar sus auditorias basadas en comportamiento (BBO) Participar en arranque de nuevos proyectos. Participar en proyectos de mejora continua. Participar y ejecutar acciones derivadas del sistema de identificación de riesgos.
