About the role
Mid-Level Systems Engineer (Reliab, Maintain & Sys Health) Company: BBST - Brazil We are currently seeking an experienced Mid-Level Systems Engineer (Reliability, Maintainability & System Health) to join our dynamic Systems Engineering team in Brazil. The candidate will perform Fault Tree Analysis for Boeing Commercial Airplanes programs. Key responsibilities include: Perform Fault Tree Analysis for designated airplane systems across Boeing Commercial Airplanes programs. Support verification/validation and certification readiness (System Safety Assessments); prepare and present compliance evidence to internal and external stakeholders. Collaborate with suppliers, program leadership and functional teams; resolve cross-functional technical issues. Support continuous improvement of methods, tools, and technical performance measures, and mentor junior engineers. This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location. Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): Must have existing rights to work in Brazil. Must have a degree in Engineering. Must be registered or eligible to register with the Engineering and Agronomy Regional Council (Conselho Regional de Engenharia e Agronomia - CREA). Proficient in both verbal and written communications skills in the English Language. Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Experience with certification and compliance frameworks (ARP-4761, FAR Part 25.1309 and 25.1301, FAA/ANAC processes, product assurance). Experience working with suppliers to assess a review Fault Trees Analysis. Experience in Airplane Level Fault Trees integration. Relocation: This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility. Additional Information: This requisition is for a locally hired position in Brazil.
