We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Full-Stack Engineer to join our Engineering & Technology team. This role is located in Pune.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways

Lead the design and development of full-stack applications by utilizing industry best practices and cutting-edge technologies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features that enhance user experience and system performance.

Conduct code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Ensure high quality and performant code through comprehensive testing and debugging processes.

Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to the strategic direction of BNY's technology solutions.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and integrate new technologies to advance BNY's engineering capabilities.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Advanced degree preferred.

Typically 5-9 years of experience in full-stack development.

Proficiency in multiple programming languages and frameworks, demonstrating expertise across the stack.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, essential for working within diverse teams.

People Leadership requirement:Ability to provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior engineers.
