Your Role
The Digital Member Experience team is reimagining our digital customer experience and leading the transformation of the healthcare industry. The Product Manager, Consultant will report to the Sr. Manager, Product Management – Digital Member Experience.
In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Product Management and consumer experiences to help us define the short-term and long-term product roadmaps, collaborate with internal business partners on product deliverables, and work with cross-functional teams in an agile environment. You will be responsible for managing product development deliverables, such as detailed requirements documentation, data analytics, member journeys with our UX team, product reviews, implementation, and delivery.
We are seeking a Product Manager with strong expertise in both web and mobile application development. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset to mobile app innovation, with a strong command of native mobile experiences and a proven ability to drive user-centric solutions across platforms.

Responsibilities
Your Work
In this role you will
- Own and support product initiatives across claims, benefits, and other healthcare experiences
- Apply strong product thinking to complex, regulated problems
- Write clear, detailed epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria covering multiple user types and success metrics grounded in user and business value
- Utilize and synthesize qualitative and quantitative data to continually drive product improvements and show measurable outcomes from product releases
- Partner with engineering, design, data, and clinical teams to deliver end-to-end features
- Determine and analyze KPIs at a product level to establish experience success, failures, and next steps through iteration
- Facilitate collaborative working sessions that encourage input from diverse perspectives
- Help identify and evaluate AI use cases (e.g., summarization, personalization, decision support, automation)
- Conduct market research
- Learn continuously through experimentation, feedback, and outcomes
- Translate data and insights into clear narratives and presentations that drive alignment and decision-making
Qualifications
Your Knowledge and Experience
- Requires a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, public health, or information technology
- Requires at least 6 years of product management experience or relevant experience delivering customer-facing digital products
- Requires experience building and shipping digital products with cross-functional teams on web and mobile platforms (iOS and Android)
- Requires ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams without authority
- Requires ability to perform as a product area SME to educate others about the product
- Requires experience in an agile software development environment, with rapid feedback loops and quick release cycles
- Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to a range of audiences (written, visual, and verbal), including presenting to stakeholders
- Healthcare, health tech, or insurance experience strongly preferred
- Understanding of AI concepts (e.g., ML-powered features, LLMs, human-in-the-loop systems) and experience with AI-enabled products preferred
Hybrid
This role requires employees to be in-office based on our hybrid workplace model, balancing purposeful in-person collaboration with flexibility. For most teams, this means coming into the office two days each week.
Employees living more than 50 miles from an office location will work with their manager to determine in-office time based on business need.
