About the role
- Work closely with product managers and engineering teams to develop, implement and refine design workflows that support rapid iteration, quality control and continuous experience improvement for trading products.
- Create globally appealing, secure and user‑friendly trading interfaces for Convert, in‑chat trading cards and AI trading analytics; provide professional design insights, interaction logic and visual solutions to improve conversion, trust and usability.
- Conduct user research and needfinding; partner with product managers to translate qualitative and quantitative user insights into actionable design solutions for global crypto users.
- Deliver complete, detailed and production‑ready UI/UX design deliverables including user flows, wireframes, prototypes, component specs and interaction rules; ensure high‑quality, consistent and scalable product design.
- Define and optimize trading experience key metrics including conversion, completion rate, error rate, user satisfaction and operational efficiency; drive data‑backed design iterations.
- Collaborate with global cross‑functional teams (product, engineering, risk, compliance, operations) to align design standards and deliver best‑in‑class trading products.
