Role: Technology Lead – US – JAVA/J2EE/Webservices

Duration: Full Time Location: Erlanger, Kentucky and moving to Plano, TX in Jun 2017

Qualifications

• Basic

• • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. • At least 4 years of IT experience & strong in Java – Application and Web services

Preferred • At least 2 years of experience in Java/J2EE, Web-services, Struts, Spring, JQuery/HTML5/CSS3 • Should be familiar with agile process and methodologies/change management process. • Should have experience with J2EE, Web Services, Struts experience. • Should have good Database Query hands-on experience • Should have experience with Testing tools like Selenium and Rational • Basic understanding of networking. • Solid understanding of database concepts etc. • Experience with testing tools like Selenium, Rational Performance Tester • Flexibility to work in onsite/offshore model. • Problem analysis, troubleshooting, resolution and closure of critical issues in a timely manner. • Experience in providing Production support – Incident management, Defect Tracking etc. • Proven ability to adapt your message to the technical level of the audience. • Ability to apply technology, new features, functionality and concepts in solving problems and implementing solutions • Excellent communication skill • Experience in application design and architecture using Java frameworks • Experience in Agile s/w development methodology
