Role: Technology Lead - Java /J2EE

Duration: Full TIme / Permanent Location: Boston MA

Qualifications

• Basic

• • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. • At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology

• Preferred

• At least 4 years of experience in Design, development and implementation of J2EE applications with expertise in the following mandatory areas: • Webservices • Spring MVC framework • iBatis/hibernate • Javascript/HTML5 • At least 4 years of experience in Requirements Analysis, Requirements Gathering in a client facing role for US based Financial Services clients • Perform as a single point of contact for the client for the development and implementation of technical modules. • At least 4 years of experience in Agency Management, Billing, NB, UW experience • At least 4 years of experience in software development life cycle. • At least 4 years of experience in Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects. • At least 4 years of experience in Design and architecture review. • Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment • Experience to Financial Services, Investment domain • Analytical skills • Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
