· Experienced in working on development of windows applications using .NET Framework and SQL Server databases

· Good Understanding of the Retail application and experience in developing and supporting modules

· Good understanding of the Regional requirement like currency format and language requirements

· Experience in reverse engineering and understanding .NET architecture and writing modules to be integrated with as-is system

· Development of prototypes for new technology initiatives and product review/selection/recommendation

· Development and implementation of best practices and use of industry proven standards and methodologies

· Experience in working with the globally distributed teams

· Well experienced in delivering enterprise solutions or products using full SDLC

· Providing end to end technical leadership in delivering technologically challenging requirements and projects

· Experience in working agile environment

· Excellent communication skills and a good team player
