About the role
Title: Senior .NET Developer JD: Proficient in .NET 4.0, both C# and VB.NET. Must understand and know how to use Generics and LINQ. Must know how to implement proper Inheritance and Interface patterns. Proficient in ASP.NET Web Forms and MVC.NET 4.0. Proficient using Entity Framework 5. Proficient in Visual Studio 2010 and 2012. Advanced SQL Server 2008 R2 and 2012 query knowledge - CTE’s, temp tables, cursors. Advanced knowledge of IIS. Must know how to install the service and configure web applications. Experience using Team Foundation Server 2012. Experience writing unit tests and code that can be unit tested. Basic understanding of proper SQL Server indexing and partitioning strategies. Basic understanding of networked computers and servers. Basic understanding of Microsoft Active Directory. Basic understanding of Windows server 2008 and 2012 administration – file and folder permissions, diagnosing issues with services and applications.
