MapR is a Hadoop distribution) Should have expertise in Java Should have coded Hive programs and used HiveQL extensively Should have coded Pig programs and used Pig commands (not just UDFs in Pig) Should have experience in installing and configuring Hadoop components like Hive, Pig, Hbase, etc. independently Coding experience in HBASE API in loading and extracting from Hbase
