Senior Design Manager - Electrical

Job Description Overview The Senior Design Manager – Electrical will be responsible for leading the electrical design of hospitality and leisure assets, ensuring reliability, safety, and high-end guest experience. This includes power distribution, lighting, ELV systems, and smart technologies. Your role Manage electrical design development from concept to IFC stage Oversee power systems, lighting design, and ELV integration (ICT, security, AV) Ensure compliance with local and international electrical codes Coordinate with architects and MEP teams for seamless integration Drive innovative solutions in smart systems and energy efficiency Manage consultants and review design quality Support procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning phases About you Degree in Electrical Engineering 20+ years in electrical design, preferably in hospitality or mixed-use developments Expertise in lighting design and guest experience-driven solutions Knowledge of Saudi Electrical Code and international standards Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills Familiarity with BIM and smart building technologies Rewards & benefits Explore the rewards and benefits that help you thrive – at every stage of your life and your career.
