Overview
Provide first-line operational and technical support for systems, facilities, and user queries to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.
Your role
Receive, log, and manage incidents and service requests through helpdesk systems. Provide initial troubleshooting for IT, ITS, and facilities-related issues. Escalate complex issues to relevant technical teams and track resolution. Ensure timely closure of tickets in line with SLAs. Maintain accurate records of incidents, requests, and resolutions. Support reporting on system performance and recurring issues.
About you
Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field. Minimum 1+ year experience in helpdesk or technical support roles. Familiarity with ticketing systems and incident management processes. Basic troubleshooting skills in IT systems and applications. Strong communication and customer service orientation.
