Looking for 5+yrs exp in Websphere and 2+yrs exp in IBM/BPM MUST HAVE SKILLS:

• IBM BPM 7.5/8.0/8.5 Administration Experience.
• IBM BPM Installation, Configuration, Support and Troubleshooting including Process Center, Process Server and Deployment manager.
• WebSphere Administration.
• Production Support Skills for the IBM BPM Environment.
• Shell Scripting and knowledge of Linux.
• Knowledge of industry best practices for IBM BPM.
• Knowledge of at least one Webserver like Apache or IBM http server and it’s integration with IBM BPM.

GOOD TO HAVE SKILLS:

• Experience with IBM Operational Decision Manager (ODM) Administration.
• General WebSphere Admin experience.
• Experience with Messaging products like IBM MQ.
• Familiarity with Java.
