Core Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a scalable, secure ticketing system for incident and workflow management
Build robust API integrations between internal systems and third-party services
Ensure the system is performant, reliable, and meets stringent security and compliance standards
What You Bring
U.S. Citizenship Required
Proven experience developing full-stack applications, ideally in high-security or regulated environments
Expertise building and deploying web applications, from frontend UX to backend database design
Strong proficiency with modern JavaScript frameworks and tools (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js , TypeScript)
Solid experience designing and maintaining relational or NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB)
Familiarity with authentication and authorization tools (e.g., Keycloak, Auth0, Okta, Azure AD)
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus
