TEAM OVERVIEW: Our team is focused on creating valuable new services for customers, with a focus on plasma and thermal chambers. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Work with customers, field team and R&D team to identify service value for plasma tools Identify required changes needed to improve hardware performance Work with engineering team and vendors to prototype and test hardware Design, collect data, analyze and compile reports on engineering experiments Analyze test results and generate marketing reports to demonstrate value to customers TECHNICAL SKILLS: Problem solving, root cause mechanism development and validation Technical presentation and communication skills required Plasma experience is a plus Semiconductor experience is a plus Hardware development experience is a plus REQUIREMENTS/EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, plasma or related Years of Experience: 5 or more Additional Information Time Type: Full time Employee Type: Assignee / Regular Travel: Yes, 10% of the Time Relocation Eligible: No The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable. For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
