We are seeking an Engineering Project Manager to coordinate the design and implementation of innovative test tools and systems for Apple products. You will collaborate with extraordinary engineering teams to drive complex platforms and equipment from conception to production.

As a Technical Program Lead in the Hardware Test Engineering group, you will be the central hub coordinating the end-to-end development of cutting-edge test methodologies, test equipment, and scalable test platforms. A key focus of this role will also be driving the conception and integration of next-generation AI-based tools to revolutionize our testing capabilities and efficiencies.

• Manage and track the engineering development schedules for test equipment and test platforms.

• Drive the conception, execution, and integration of AI/ML tools into the test environment, optimizing test coverage, data analytics, and operational efficiency.

• Keep the overall project goals in view, prioritize technical issues, lead debugging efforts, and facilitate proactive risk management.

• Collaborate tightly with the global teams, ensure effective synchronization, and co-drive project progress.

• BS/MS in STEM or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in technical project management, successfully delivering complex projects.

• Ability to manage rapid development cycles, remaining flexible and calm in the face of uncertainty.

• Experienced in utilizing AI tools to drive engineering or operational outcomes.

• Data-driven with critical thinking capabilities and strong attention to detail.

• Proactive and self-motivated.

• Proficiency in English and Mandarin.

• A deep understanding of production and test processes at scale.

• Experience managing AI/ML projects.

• Experience leading cross-functional teams in a complex matrix organization.

• Ability to think strategically while driving tactical engineering details.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative spirit.
