Failure Analysis Engineer (RF)

In this role, you will help bring our revolutionary technology to the world by ensuring its excellence. Collaborating closely with global teams, you will dive deep to uncover the root causes of complex product challenges. We will empower you with every resource you need to push the boundaries of what is possible—and to do the best work of your life.
Working in a lab environment, you will leverage your scientific and engineering knowledge, along with cutting-edge equipment, to take on the following responsibilities:
Analyze the background of product anomalies to design creative and effective investigation plans. Conduct thorough investigations, operating a wide array of advanced electrical fault isolation tools. Report findings and collaborate with peers to debate conclusions and recommend corrective actions. Present critical data and strategic next steps in global meetings and executive reviews.

PhD or Master degree in Electrical Engineering, Information and Communication Engineering, or a related field.

Excellent understanding of RF fundamentals and communication theory, plus hands-on experience with RF lab equipment like VNA, spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, vector signal generators, etc.

Experience with RF signal processing and simulations, such as individually identifying specific targets in noisy environments.

Full stack project experience from basic logic and theory to MVP.

Fluent in English with strong communication skills, including the ability to seek direction, listen to feedback, and convey complex findings concisely and understandably

Hands-on experience with at least one advanced failure analysis/debug tools, such as Lock-in Thermography (LIT), OBIRCH, EMMI, SAT, nano probe, etc.

Knowledgeable in radiation performance, antenna, and wave propagation theory.

Specific failure analysis expertise in any of the following fields: RFFE, mother boards, electronics components, semiconductor devices, semiconductor manufacturing.

Adaptability to fast-paced environment and shifting work scope to meet business needs, with a strong aptitude for learning new techniques.

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple high-priority tasks simultaneously.

Willingness to collaborate closely across organizations.

Software coding experience in AL/ML.
