In this role, you will help bring our revolutionary technology to the world by ensuring its excellence. Collaborating closely with global teams, you will dive deep to uncover the root causes of complex product challenges. We will empower you with every resource you need to push the boundaries of what is possible—and to do the best work of your life.

Working in a lab environment, you will leverage your scientific and engineering knowledge, along with cutting-edge equipment, to take on the following responsibilities

  • Understand the failure background and design creative investigation plans.

  • Conduct investigations, including but not limited to operating a variety of advanced analytical tools.

  • Report findings and actively participate in discussions and debates with colleagues to determine next steps, conclusions, and corrective actions.

  • Present data in global meetings and executive reviews.

  • Serve as a leading CT expert and develop cutting-edge CT technologies.

  • Ph.D. in Materials Science, Physics, Mechanical Engineering, Radiologic Technology or a related field.

  • Strong English communication skills, including the ability to seek direction, listen to feedback, and convey complex findings clearly and concisely.

  • Hands-on experience in the operation or development of industrial or medical CT systems.

  • Deep expertise in X-ray image processing and analysis, computer graphics, and advanced data processing algorithms.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, seamlessly adapt to shifting business priorities, and rapidly learn new technical skills.

  • Proven track record of prioritizing and managing multiple high-visibility tasks simultaneously.

  • Highly effective communicator, capable of driving collaboration across complex, global, and cross-functional engineering teams.
