Elektroniker / Mechatroniker (d/m/w) Elektronikfertigung

Job Description: Ihre Aufgaben Durchführung von Montage- und Lötarbeiten an Baugruppen gemäß Fertigungszeichnungen und Bauschaltplänen

Bauteilvorbereitung sowie Bestückung und Montage von Leiterplatten (THT/SMD)

Erstellung von Spaltmaßen sowie deren Überprüfung mit geeigneten Messmitteln

Durchführung von Klebearbeiten sowie deren Protokollierung gemäß Vorgaben

Sicherungsarbeiten unter Verwendung verschiedener Drehmomentwerkzeuge und Sicherungsmaterialien

Herstellung kleinster Lötverbindungen (SMD) unter dem Mikroskop im Reinraum

Durchführung von Dokumentationsaufgaben im Fertigungsplan sowie in Stücklisten

Ihre Qualifikation Abgeschlossene Facharbeiterausbildung als Mechatroniker, Industrieelektroniker/-mechaniker oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation im elektronischen Bereich

Erfahrung im Umgang mit Handlötkolben sowie mit halbautomatischen Fertigungseinrichtungen ist wünschenswert

Kenntnisse im Bereich elektronischer Lötprozesse (THT/SMD) sowie Erfahrung im Arbeiten mit dem Mikroskop sind von Vorteil

Sicherer Umgang mit technischen Zeichnungen und Fertigungsunterlagen

Grundkenntnisse im Umgang mit Klebstoffen (Gefahrstoffe)

Gutes Sehvermögen und Fingerfertigkeit

Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
