Developer - Big Data

Job Description: Description: Developer skills utilizing Python and Spark fundamentals – extensive understanding of PySpark, good grasp of Pandas would be a plus. Good experience of manipulating data on a Hadoop environment using HDFS, shell scripting, cron, oozie and control-m scheduling A background in designing and developing high-quality server side processing in Python. An understanding of how to ensure these applications are robust, with easy to navigate code, and reusable components. Knowledge of SQL and relational databases Experience working in an agile team, practicing Scrum, Kanban or XP is appreciated Practical experience of delivering good quality code within enterprise scale development Experience working with Splunk platform for monitoring purposes would be a plus Experience in other programing languages, specifically Java and Scala would be helpful Experience and understanding of web front end development (JavaScript, CSS, HTML) would be a plus

Qualification & Experience: Graduate with 3+ years of experience in Software development . Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in Support or customer service. Good problem solving and analytical skills Customer facing skill. Worked with European customers

Responsibilities

• Provide best in class level of service to Airbus internal suppliers / customers

• Understand business processes and technical architecture of Airbus application portfolio

• Perform deep root cause analysis and performance improvement

• Identify and propose service improvement

• Provide expertise support to the full chain of support

• Communicate on specific technical topic

• Train support team members

• Success Metrics Success will be measured in a variety of areas, including but not limited to Solve issues on time and in quality

• Propose and implement service improvement

• Achieve the customer satisfaction
