About the role
◆業務内容 クライアントのデジタルマーケティング、DXの中で生じるタッチポイントに関わる課題をクリエイティブとテクノロジーを横断することで解決し、より良いユーザー体験を提供する事をミッションとしています。
＜具体的な業務＞ ・ウェブサイトの実装 ・ウェブアプリケーションの設計・開発 ・ウェブアプリケーションの運用 ・モバイルアプリケーション・ECパッケージのUI実装 ・ベンダーコントロール（オンショア／オフショア）・顧客折衝、必要工数見積もり、テスト業務、品質管理 ・担当案件のプロジェクトリーダーとしてメンバーの管理業務 ・デザインシステムの実装 ・CMSを用いたWebサイトの運用・更新とテクニカルディレクション業務 ・PoC / プロトタイピング
◆応募要件 ・JavaまたはPHP、Pythonを使ったWebアプリケーション開発・運用経験3年以上 ・HTML/CSS/JavaScriptを用いたWebサイト・アプリケーション実装経験3年以上 ・JavaScriptフレームワーク（Angular,React,Vue等）の実装経験 ・CSSフレームワークを利用した実装経験
◆望ましい経験・スキル ・コンシューマ向けアプリケーション開発・運用経験 ・リーダーシップ経験(メンバー協力会社やオフショア含めたチームリーダー経験があり品質/進捗/課題管理の経験あること) ・顧客フェイシング、案件提案/見積の経験者歓迎 ・構成管理・テスト・生産性向上についての工夫されてきた方歓迎 ・基本情報処理,JSTQB,UMTP-L2 ・JLTP-N2以上の日本語能力（外国籍の方） ・フロントエンドのアーキテクチャ検討、技術選定の経験・テストコード（単体テスト、結合テストなど）の導入・設計・実装経験 ・Webサイトの速度改善における調査・改善施策の実施経験 ・ウェブアクセシビリティの理解 ・マーケティングツールの実装経験 ・アジャイル開発経験（スクラムマスター経験あること）
