This role focuses on enhancing the overall testing lifecycle by integrating advanced methodologies and tools that ensure higher accuracy and integrity. The position requires driving innovation in testing strategies, fostering continuous improvement, and implementing intelligent automation solutions that anticipate and address potential challenges. Collaboration with various stakeholders to align testing objectives with organizational goals is a key aspect of the daily routine, ensuring that quality standards are consistently met and exceeded. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the adoption of innovative testing tools and methodologies to enhance automation efficiency. - Mentor and guide team members to develop their skills and improve overall team performance. - Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of testing activities with project timelines and quality objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow. - Strong expertise in designing and implementing automated test frameworks. - Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines. - Ability to analyze complex systems and develop effective test strategies. - Familiarity with scripting languages and test automation tools. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in quality assurance processes.
